Pier West
High-rise facade installation using Alfrex panels for a premium, modern, weather-resistant exterior finish. The Pier West project presented the logistical challenge of working at height on an active waterfront construction site.
Our safe-access team deployed professional lifting equipment and followed strict WorkSafe BC protocols throughout, delivering a flawless Alfrex panel installation across the full height of the building.
Xwemelch'stn
Colorful facade upgrade with insulated panels, improved weatherproofing, and sustainable exterior design features. This North Vancouver project involved a full facade replacement with thermally-broken insulated panel systems.
The bold, multi-tone color palette required precision in panel layout planning and installation sequencing to achieve the intended design effect — a result we're particularly proud of.
1188 Burnaby
A complete exterior envelope for a residential building in Vancouver's West End, combining ALPOLIC aluminium composite panels with a warm wood-tone accent to give the facade depth and character. The mixed-material design pairs clean metallic panels across the main elevations with a vertical timber-look feature running the full height of the building.
Working on a tight urban site at 1188 Burnaby St, our crews carried the project from mineral-wool insulation and substrate preparation through to the final panel installation — delivering a crisp, weathertight, modern envelope on a constrained downtown lot.
North Side — Level 2
Current work on the north elevation at Level 2, where our crews are installing exterior mineral-wool insulation over a SOPREMA Shield HT air and weather barrier, ahead of the finished aluminium composite panel cladding. The build-up pairs rock-wool insulation with a fully engineered sub-framing system for a durable, high-performance envelope.
Insulation is in progress across this section, with the Proboard soffits scheduled to be completed by the end of the day. Once insulation and soffits are signed off, the level is ready for final ACM panel installation.
Oakmont
A six-storey concrete residential building on Oak Street in Vancouver, where we installed a LUX soffit system in a custom colour together with 3 mm solid-aluminium plate ACM panels wrapping the entrance fascia and columns. The deep-red finish frames the podium and main entry, giving the building a bold, welcoming street presence against its light upper-storey cladding and glass balconies.
Precision mattered most at these high-visibility feature areas — tight, consistent panel joints, clean mitred corners, and neatly integrated pot-light penetrations across the soffit — delivering a crisp architectural finish exactly where residents and passers-by see it up close.
